Thai Ball Massage- A ritual traditionally done by the Tibetan monks before long hours of meditation and prayer using herbal (gauze) balls soaked in hot water to create a tea that is applied to the body for sore and tense muscles.

Lomi Lomi- A traditional Hawaiian massage using oil and forearm strokes following the rhythm of traditional Hawaiian drumming music.
